Michael P. Mulkern is currently a Geophysical Consultant based in Houston, Texas U.S.A. He has over 25 years of oil and gas exploration and development experience. Mr. Mulkern began his career in 1975 with Phillips Petroleum Company and for eight years worked with Phillips, Sohio, Michigan Wisconsin Pipeline and MGF Oil Corporation in the Rocky Mountains region. He learned geophysical prospecting on seismic field crews and in processing centers before becoming a seismic data interpreter with Phillips. He has worked in the major basins of the Rocky Mountains region and participated in oil and gas discoveries in the Powder River and Wind River basins of Wyoming and the Denver Julesburg basin of Colorado.

From 1983 to 1998 Mr. Mulkern was employed with Marathon Oil Company in International Exploration and New Business Development. Mr. Mulkern participated in oil and gas discoveries and development in Indonesia from 1983-1986, while based in Jakarta. He was also stationed in Perth, Australia from 1986-1988 evaluating Marathon operated properties, offshore Western Australia.

In 1988 Mr. Mulkern moved to Houston to join the International New Ventures Group at Marathon. He has evaluated properties for new business development in over 40 countries and has worked and negotiated with government officials in over 20 countries on behalf of Marathon.

From 1998-2000 Mr. Mulkern worked with Apache Corporation in Houston initially to work in the exploration and development of Apache's concessions in the Bohai Basin of China. Later Mr. Mulkern was assigned to Apache Egypt to assist in the exploitation of Apache's oil and gas reserves in the Western Desert of Egypt where he participated in the discovery of 2 oil and gas fields in 2000.

Mr. Mulkern holds a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Notre Dame and a M.A. degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. He is also a registered Professional Geologist (Wyoming).

Mr. Mulkern is a native of New Hampshire and is a citizen of the United States and Ireland. He holds both American and European Union passports.
